We use hypoallergenic, non-staining, unscented massage lotions. Ingredients are posted—please inform your therapist of any sensitivities.

Rooms feature soft lighting and calming music to promote relaxation. Let your therapist know if you’d prefer different music or if the room temperature needs adjusting.

Yes. Our therapists are trained to support prenatal clients using proper positioning and pillows. Please inform reception of how many weeks pregnant you are so we can prepare accordingly.

  • What are the treatment length options?

Appointments are available in 30, 45, 60, 75, or 90-minute sessions. A full-body massage typically requires 60 minutes. For first-time visits, we recommend at least 45 minutes for partial body treatments.

A referral isn’t required to receive massage therapy. However, your insurance provider may require one for reimbursement. Check with your HR department or benefits provider.

  • What can I expect during my first treatment?

Before your visit, you’ll complete a confidential health history form. Your therapist will review it with you privately and may perform assessments to tailor your treatment plan. They’ll explain what to expect and guide you on how to lie comfortably on the table.

  • How do I find a therapist best suited to my needs?

You can ask for referrals from friends or health professionals. It’s common to try a few therapists before finding the right fit for your goals and preferences.
