Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body—specifically the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, and joints—for the purpose of optimizing health. In Ontario, Registered Massage Therapists are trained in Swedish massage.
Available at the following Locations:

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage is the scientific manipulation of the soft tissues of the body to help normalize their function. It involves manual techniques such as applying fixed or movable pressure, holding, and inducing movement of or to the body. Therapeutic massage is beneficial for pain and injury management, post-surgical recovery, scar treatment, cancer care, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, headaches, and more.
Available at the following locations:

Relaxation Massage

Relaxation Technique
Relaxation massage focuses on reducing muscle tension and calming the nervous system, with the goal of leaving the client feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Available at the following locations:

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage targets deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to help relieve chronic pain, tension, and injury-related conditions.
Available at the following locations:

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage is a specialized treatment designed to address the unique concerns of pregnant individuals, such as lower back pain, hip discomfort, and swelling. Positioning during the massage may involve side-lying techniques or the use of specialized cushions to ensure comfort and safety throughout the session.
Available at the following locations:

Sports Massage

Sports massage techniques vary depending on the client’s training cycle—whether they are actively training, preparing for an event, or recovering afterward. Treatment may include muscle manipulation, assisted stretching, and joint mobilization to enhance performance, reduce injury risk, and support recovery.
Available at the following locations:

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Technique
Hot stone massage involves the use of heated stones as therapeutic tools to relax and soothe the muscles. While it is widely known for its deeply calming effects, it can also be applied to target specific areas for deep tissue work, offering both relaxation and therapeutic benefits.
Available at the following locations:

Acupuncture

Acupuncture involves the superficial insertion of fine needles into specific points on the body to stimulate physiological responses. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, activating these acupuncture points helps correct imbalances in the flow of energy, or “Qi,” promoting overall health and well-being.
Available at the following locations:

Cranial Therapy

Cranial therapy is a gentle form of bodywork that aims to regulate the flow of cerebrospinal fluid by addressing subtle movements in the cranial bones. Practitioners use light touch techniques on the skull, face, spine, and pelvis to support the body’s natural healing processes and promote overall balance.
Available at the following locations:

Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient therapeutic technique based on the principle that specific reflex points in the hands, feet, and ears correspond to other areas and systems of the body. By stimulating these points—most commonly on the feet—practitioners aim to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
Available at the following locations:

Underwater Massage

Underwater massage involves the use of powerful water jets directed at specific muscles or muscle groups to achieve a deeply relaxing and therapeutic effect. This technique combines hydrotherapy with targeted massage to relieve tension and improve circulation.
